Finally swaying from family weddings, I landed an after party wedding shoot with a family friend. Yes, it wasn't much of a stretch but it was something and it was progression on my end. This was another wedding where everyone just had fun and drank, where the photos weren't the best of my ability by the end due to the drink but the couple didn't want anything strictly professional, and I knew who they were, which made it much more comfortable again.

Started off at the wedding hungover from being at a family wedding the night before and it was eventful to say the least, lots of drinks and fun and as I've said before, my family know how to party and that we did, which wasn't much help to me the next morning. But hey, what makes you bad makes you better so I had to sink a couple more drinks the day after, which is completely acceptable to do so. The couple and I still loved a lot of the images that I captured during the after party shoot, even with the low lighting and difficulty of shooting in this situation but I managed to do so. I knew quite a few people there as well, with the couple being local to me also, one person specifically being a childhood friend who I got some of my best photos of the night of; goes to show it's all about how comfortable you are with the people you are shooting, a little tip for you photographers out there.
